Nannaco Announces That CPRS Has Executed a Contract With New Cancer Center Increasing Its Annual Revenue by 5 Percent

GIG HARBOR, Wash., June 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nannaco, Inc. ("Nannaco") (Pink Sheets:NANN) announced that CPRS, its merger candidate and a leading provider of internet based treatment plans and medical physics consulting services for cancer centers, has executed a contract with Forum Health's new Trumbull Memorial Hospital Regional Radiation Oncology Center in Youngstown, Ohio. CPRS has already conducted acceptance and commissioning work of the linear accelerator located in the Oncology Center and will be providing medical physics services on an ongoing basis.

CPRS is a 12-year-old firm that provides medical physics consulting services and specialized Internet-based treatment planning for cancer centers. In many radiation centers, the initiation of new technologies has taxed the full time medical physics staff and has required that certain functions be contracted out. CPRS addresses these needs by providing a full range of medical physics consulting services including the commissioning of linear accelerators in new facilities. CPRS also provides patient specific radiation treatment plans over a sophisticated web based internet system. These offerings allow CPRS to support the use of new technologies by making available the most advanced treatment methodology to smaller radiation centers without substantial investment for equipment and staff. The Company, therefore, offers the possibility to enable radiation centers to improve patient outcomes, increase revenues and profits while lowering expenses.

William J. Walker, Ph.D., President of CPRS stated "that the contract will represent over $100,000 in revenues over the next 12 months. Upon the merger closing between CPRS and Nannaco, CPRS will increase its sales and marketing efforts for its services on a national scale and it is expected that we will enter into many new client relationships."

Todd Hickey, TMH vice president for clinical services said that the facility began accepting patients on March 16, 2006 and that the center's official dedication was March 28th. The $5 million radiation oncology center is part of a $17 million renovation project at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. The stand-alone radiation oncology center includes three examination rooms, a simulator room to prepare patients for treatment and a $1.4 million advanced linear accelerator. The linear accelerator is housed in a room with lead and concrete walls from ceiling to floor to shield radiation from entering surrounding areas. The center is expected to treat 350 patients a year.
