("EYI") (OTCBB:EYII) (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited ("EYI HK") has entered into a distribution agreement (the "Distribution Agreement") with Nozin, LLC ("Nozin") on May 17, 2006, for a term of five (5) years. The Distribution Agreement grants EYI HK distribution rights exclusive to their channel for Nozin Nasal Sanitizer in Hong Kong and the Philippines. The Distribution Agreement grants EYI HK non-exclusive rights for China and all its territories.
Nozin Nasal Sanitizer is a long-acting antimicrobial solution intended for use before exposure to areas that may contain harmful germs such as crowded airplanes, trains, offices, hospitals, theaters, shopping centers, restaurants and schools. Nozin Nasal Sanitizer has had extensive testing and in laboratory tests conducted at several leading, FDA-recognized testing facilities, and under GLP testing protocols, Nozin Nasal Sanitizer was effective in killing at least 99.99% of bacterial pathogens such as staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus pneumoniae, streptococcus pyogenes, mycobacterium smegmatus, and 99.99% of various pathogenic virus including rhinovirus type-14 (often responsible for the common cold), human corona virus (responsible for the deadly SARS outbreak) and influenza type-A (influenza contracted by humans and birds).
