Dell Inc (Nasdaq:DELL) closed recently at $25.61 with a volume of 231327 X 100. My current rating on DELL is "Weak Buy."

A "Weak Buy" stock is one that I think will probably move higher, yet the uptrend should be minimal at this point. If you hold the stock and are worried about a move lower, a "Weak Buy" could be bad news.

The "Weak Buy" rating is tricky, though. There are mixed signals that at once show the stock is going higher still, but could stop the rise anytime. It's a signal that says, "Be ready for a change of character."

My least favorite rating is the "Weak Buy" or "Weak Sell." But, on the flipside, if you are a short-seller, the next stop from "Weak Buy" is "Strong Sell"!
