Prosper, Inc. Expands to Salt Lake Valley, Office Opens in Draper


PROVO, Utah, June 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- In response to the rapidly expanding student-base, and the growing demand for their award-winning financial mentoring programs, Prosper, Inc. announces the opening of a new enrollment facility in Draper, Utah.

This is the third Prosper, Inc. office, with two other locations in Provo. The company's executives recognized a need to have an office focused on Personal Financial education. The incredible demand for unbiased financial education and implementation coaching led the company to add Personal Finance as the latest and fastest growing of Prosper's five coaching divisions. Prosper's goal is to combine world-class content with hands-on support, direction, and accountability of a personal financial mentor.

Executive Vice President and co-founder of Prosper, Inc., Aaron Peterson expects great results from the new Draper office. "We wanted to tap into a new employee pool, and we felt Draper would give us that opportunity. The Salt Lake Valley is home to one of the best educated, most talented employment pools in the country. This expansion will allow us to further elevate the level of service we provide to our students and partners."

Jason T. Lawson, Prosper's VP of Enrollment, will oversee the new Draper campus.
