EAU Technologies Inc. Announces Update to Previous Announcement Regarding Testing in Poultry Processing Facility

LINDON, Utah, June 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EAU Technologies, Inc. (EAU) (OTCBB:EAQU) is the leading provider of electrolyzed oxidative water (EO Water or EOW), that promotes "Green Chemistry" to numerous industries including food processing, agriculture and consumer products.

EAU's recent announcement regarding results derived from the on-going test involving its EO system at a major poultry processing plant was premature. The release suggested that the testing was completed and results were finalized. However, verification by the facility had not yet occurred. Additional testing is ongoing and final results will be released when all results are verified by all parties involved. "We are confident, and perhaps overly excited, of the role our non-toxic EO water technology will play in the food processing industry. Any future press releases of testing data will only be released upon completion of statistical analysis and agreement from all parties involved," said Jay S. Potter, EAU's interim CEO.
