GONZALES, La., June 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Crown Crafts, Inc. (OTCBB:CRWS), located in Gonzales, Louisiana, is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Wagnon to Vice President and Controller. Mr. Wagnon has been with the Company for four years and served as the Vice President of Finance and Information Systems for Hamco, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company prior to his promotion.
In his new capacity, Mr. Wagnon will oversee the Accounting and Information Systems areas for the Company and its subsidiaries. As the Company has streamlined operations it merged the Finance functions of its California subsidiary into the existing Finance Department located in Louisiana.
