Efficiency Technologies, Inc. Enters Into License Agreement With Garratt-Callahan Company


TULSA, Okla., June 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Efficiency Technologies, Inc., (EffTec), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Resource Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARMM), announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Garratt-Callahan Company.

Garratt-Callahan Company will offer EffTec's EffTrack(tm) chiller efficiency tool to its customers nationwide.
