Fire Mountain Beverage Company Enters Joint Venture With Tropical Beverage

Companies Plan on Upgrading Manufacturing Facilities With $1.7 Million in Improvements


VALENCIA, Calif., June 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Fire Mountain Beverage Company (Pink Sheets:FBVG) announces that it has entered into a joint venture with Tropical Beverage (Pink Sheets:TPBV) to manufacture and distribute a wide array of custom beverages. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The result will empower both companies to build on their strengths and launch a series of custom products in the very near future.

According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "This arrangement will allow Fire Mountain to concentrate on what it does best, the marketing and distribution of our products. This alliance will allow Fire Mountain to forge ahead with our strong relationships in the entertainment and athletic markets and start developing the products suited to order. Tropical brings years of manufacturing and developing expertise that allow us to jump start programs that we have had on the back burner for months."

According to Mark Millsap, CEO for Tropical, "We think that we have found a perfect group in Fire Mountain to help set up some of the distribution for some of our concept products. Our plans are to start making plant improvements with the help of Fire Mountain and other parties that are moving to improve our functional efficiencies. In the end this will not only improve Tropical's ability to produce but also its ability to grow with strong national brands."
