Old National Bancorp Appoints Harold 'Slug' Clemmons, Jr. to Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions


EVANSVILLE, Ind., June 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Old National Bancorp (NYSE:ONB) announced the appointment of Harold "Slug" Clemmons to Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. In his new role, Clemmons will lead and direct the company's merger and acquisition activities.

Clemmons began his career at Old National in 2002 and has served as Senior Vice President, Retirement Products and Services and Senior Vice President, Operations and Support Manager. Prior to joining Old National, Clemmons spent 22 years as a consultant with a number of national human resource and employee benefit consulting firms, including Ernst and Young and Towers, Perrin. He also served as president of his own consulting firm, Qualified Plan Administrative Consultants.

Clemmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries.
