DALLAS, June 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Russell Budd, managing shareholder and co-founder of Baron & Budd, P.C., has been elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He is one of seven Texas attorneys elected by the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) to serve a three-year term on the 148-member board.

Mr. Budd is widely recognized as one of the most prominent attorneys in the country representing victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. He has also served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of TTLA.
