Artificial Life, Inc. Announces Launch of Mobile Products in Poland


HONG KONG, July 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hong Kong-based Artificial Life, Inc. (OTCBB:ALIF) a leading provider of award winning mobile technology and applications, today announced it has signed a contract with Polish telecom carrier Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa to launch the 3G product "V-girl(tm) -- your virtual girlfriend" and other 3G and 2G content and games in Poland.

Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. Z o.o. is the major mobile carrier in Poland, providing 2G, 2.5G and 3G/UMTS services. As of December 2005, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa had over 10 million customers and holds a leadership position in the Polish mobile market with a 35.1% subscriber share.

Over 55% of the Polish population is using mobile phones hence it is a very interesting growth market for us.
