COSCO Notice of Unauthorized E-mail and Other Communications


EDMONTON, Alberta, July 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mr. Andrew Male, Vice President & Director of COSCO ESP Inc., (Pink Sheets:CCPI), ("COSCO") or (the "Company"), wishes to state that COSCO has recently been contacted by several people who have received unsolicited e-mails relating to COSCO, its business and its publicly-traded shares. The Management of COSCO unequivocally advises that such e-mails are not and never have been authorized by COSCO, and COSCO has no knowledge of the origin or intent of such e-mails. We regret this intrusion, possible confusion and any inconvenience such e-mails may have caused; however, the content and transmittal of such e-mails are beyond COSCO's control and are unrelated to any authorized corporate communications. COSCO will identify as "Authorized" any communication(s) it releases and, more importantly, copies of such "Authorized" communication(s) will be simultaneously posted on COSCO's website.
