(ASH Networks) announced the addition of a new vendor, Paychex, Inc., to the company's fast-growing Value-Added Program. Paychex specializes in payroll processing and human resources services.
For more than two years, ASH's Value-Added Program has provided ASH Networks providers with discounts of up to 40 percent on professional malpractice insurance and other products and services ranging from online continuing education courses to accounting software.
"Since the program's inception, our goal for the Value-Added Program has been to take a more active role in helping our providers lower their monthly costs so that they can focus more on patient care and less on overhead and expenditures," said ASH chairman, president, and chief executive officer George DeVries. Paychex is a leading national payroll processing organization that offers programs and services associated with tax filings; retirement services; section 125 plans; and human resource management services, including workers' compensation, state unemployment information, training services, and employee handbooks. Paychex will offer ASH Networks providers a 15 percent discount on its standard payroll processing service and a 15 percent discount on the set-up fee for providers' human resource management services.
The Value-Added Program discounts offered by Paychex are available only to ASH Networks providers via ASH's secure provider Web site, ASHLink.com.
