Tower Financial Corporation Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.04 Per Share


FORT WAYNE, Ind., July 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tower Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:TOFC) announced today that its board of directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on August 18, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 1, 2006.
