SAN FRANCISCO, July 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mobile Airwaves Corporation (Pink Sheets:MBAW) today announced the execution of a Service Agreement with Longview Holdings. Mobile Airwaves provides software and services that allow mobile users to access mission critical data remotely, anywhere, anytime, as if they were on their home office network.
Under the terms of the agreement Mobile Airwaves will provide technology and management services to operate networks owned and/or installed by Longview. Mobile will receive start-up payments and share revenue as the network(s) deliver services. Initial payments have already been received and shared revenue is planned to begin in Q3.
