Tianjin Kiwa Feed Limited Liability Company is a joint venture between Kiwa and Tianjin Challenge Feed Co. The new company, Tianjin Kiwa Feed Limited Liability Company will be operated through a jointly-owned limited liability company organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
