110 Media Group Changes Corporate Name to Web2 Corp.

ORLANDO, Fla., July 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- 110 Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ONTN) announced today that it has completed its name change to Web2 Corp. and begins trading under the new symbol, (OTCBB:WBTO), effective today, July 31, 2006. Web2 Corp. is listed on the NASDAQ OTCBB Electronic Quotation Service.

Concomitant with the name change, Web2 Corp., the Company's new strategic focus, mission and corporate identity will involve a series of new products launches.
