Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. Reports Consolidation of Corporate Offices with EnviroSystems and the Establishment of a New Laboratory Facility


CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. (OTCBB:TNSW) reported today that it plans to consolidate its Corporate offices with those of its wholly owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI).

The Company announced that ESI will relocate its corporate headquarters in Northern California to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The Company expects the move to be completed by the end of August. ESI and TSN will establish their corporate headquarters in Mooresville, NC. The company also announced the establishment of its new laboratory facility in Mentor, Ohio, under the direction of Dr. Paul S. Malchesky. "Strategically we are best served with our base of operations on the east coast," President and CEO, J. Lloyd Breedlove noted.

ESI plans to develop and test new product formulations in the Mentor lab. Mr. Breedlove explained, "The Cleveland area is recognized as a medical research center and Paul has strong ties to the academic, medical research and healthcare provider communities and is well respected by all. His long association in the area is a positive factor in our R & D efforts."

EnviroSystems also announced the addition of a new employee based in the Mentor laboratory. Mr. George Grignol recently joined the company as a chemist. Mr. Grignol has extensive experience in medical research, with expertise in project management and experimental design. He has an MS in biochemistry from Pennsylvania State University, affiliations with related professional organizations, including the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and Parenteral Drug Association, has several patents to his credit and is well-published. Additionally, Mr. Grignol has specific experience in the infection prevention market. "I am very pleased that George has joined our team," stated Dr. Malchesky. "He has an impressive background that fits well with our development efforts. We worked together previously and I look forward to our continuing relationship."
