The Concept Farm's Cool in Your Code Forms Content Sharing Partnership with StreetEasy.com

Real Estate Search 'Goes Hollywood' as Emmy Award Winning TV Program Teams with Leading New York City Real Estate Search Site

NEW YORK, Aug. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Concept Farm's Emmy Award winning "infotainment" series, Cool in Your Code, announced today a content sharing partnership with StreetEasy.com, New York's most advanced real estate search website. Under the terms of the agreement, StreetEasy's exclusive StreetFacts, consisting of real estate snapshots, neighborhood facts and other related content, will be featured prominently as interstitial content on Cool in Your Code. StreetEasy will also run Cool in Your Code streaming video in various locations on its website, adding exclusive neighborhood information and excitement to the already robust StreetEasy.com real estate search experience. In addition, there will be a new neighborhood tab on the StreetEasy.com home page, featuring highlights from Cool in Your Code episodes plus a wealth of information about New York City's neighborhoods.

"This is a beautiful example of creative partnering aimed at benefiting consumers by combining the best of traditional and new media," said Will Morrison, Executive Producer of Cool in Your Code and partner at The Concept Farm. "Bringing together Emmy Award television about what's hot and cool in New York with the market's most powerful real estate search engine will provide our broadcast and online audiences with a whole new understanding and view on all New York has to offer."

"Uniting StreetEasy's unique database and online search capabilities with Cool in Your Code's award winning video content will greatly improve our ability to provide renters and buyers in New York City with the most comprehensive, informative and entertaining real estate search experience on the Web," said Doug Chertok, StreetEasy's co-founder. "Our StreetFacts will give Cool in Your Code viewers exclusive data on real estate pricing, available inventory and other unique neighborhood information throughout the City's five boroughs. After discovering a neighborhood on a Cool in Your Code episode, viewers can surf StreetEasy.com and search for their dream home in a specific area, or share useful real estate information with the StreetEasy community."

The Concept Farm was one of the first companies to partner with the NYC Media Group to create and produce original content for the network, and also has a content sharing partnership with metro newspapers. The Bank of New York has been the presenting sponsor of the show for the past three seasons.

"One of the key components of Cool in Your Code's success is that it is a 'positive postcard' for New Yorkers, providing entertainment and meaningful street-level information. Our partnership with StreetEasy builds upon that success," added Morrison.

"We see this as the beginning of a great, synergistic, long term relationship with Cool in Your Code, involving multi-media content sharing that will add significant value for consumers and marketers. It will launch in New York City and move to other markets as both StreetEasy and Cool in Your Code expand to other cities," said Chertok.
