HDNet to Premiere NuTech Digital Concerts


VAN NUYS, Calif., Aug. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- NuTech Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:NTDL), a worldwide leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed DVD content, today announced the premiere of its 'High-Definition Concerts on TV' with HDNet, the leader in high-definition television.

The agreement is for NuTech's top concert productions, including Jessica Simpson, D12, Macy Gray, Gaelic Storm and Ol' Dirty Bastard and will kick off with "Macy Gray - Live in Las Vegas", premiere airing on August 13th at 9:00 p.m. EST as part of the "HDNet Concert Series."

Co-founded in 2001 by Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, and Philip Garvin, of Colorado Studios, HDNet is the first national television network broadcasting in full 1080i HD, the highest quality HDTV format. HDNet is available nationally via both cable and satellite.
