Motion DNA Corporation Announces Significant Pending Orders

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets:MTDX) today has announced significant progress toward obtaining monumental contracts for their BioCap(r) motion-capture and analysis hardware/software systems.

According to Motion DNA's Founder, Zig Ziegler, "As a direct result of unveiling the company's technology as an exhibitor at the National Strength and Conditioning Association Conference in Washington, D.C. three weeks ago, we are close to signing three historic contracts which will help us to achieve our goals of surpassing $8 million in sales for fiscal year 2006." Motion DNA representatives' wowed attendees with demonstrations of its wireless BioGait(r) and BioCap(r). The cost of each individual unit ranges from $3,000 to $6,000 for BioGait(r) and from $16,000 to $64,000 per unit for BioCap(r).

"This is what we've been working toward for the last three years," exclaimed Ziegler. "One customer requested over 100 units for their franchisees nationwide. These orders will not only represent a significant amount of highly profitable business for our shareholders, but it finally demonstrates universal acceptance by the industry." Ziegler added, "Things haven't moved as fast as we would have liked, but this is a very positive step for us as a company and supports the shareholders veto of last year's buyout. We have always had the interests of our shareholders at heart, and we will continue to issue updates as contracts are signed and orders are received."

Utilizing the latest motion-capture hardware, BioCap(r) is Motion DNA's most advanced human movement analysis system available. BioCap (r) allows testing professionals to turn any physical activity into a test with measurable and comparative results.
