HumWare Media Corp. to Enter Into $150 Million Digital Signage Equipment Manufacturing Market

HumWare Media Corp. Signs Letter of Intent to Merge with Audio Video Interactive, Inc.


GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 10, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) is pleased to announce that it is preparing to enter the estimated $150 million digital signage equipment manufacturing market by signing a Letter of Intent to merge with Audio Video Interactive, Inc., (AVI).
