Randy Bailey, the CEO of ART, stated, "This is a big step towards putting ART in a position to move forward with obtaining the additional funding required to develop the several revolutionary products that the Company has acquired." Mr. Bailey said, "This now gives us the ability to obtain financing from numerous sources which would not otherwise be available to us." Current products in development include an objective cataract detection device as well as a water-jet cataract removal product that will shortly begin animal studies.
