GL Energy & Exploration Announces Deal with Music World and Blockerboy Music, LLC


HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- GL Energy & Exploration, Inc. (OTCBB:GEEX) announced today that, through its wholly owned subsidiary American Southwest Music Distribution, Inc., it has executed a contract with Music World Entertainment to distribute albums for the boy band Mason Roads. Music World is headed by Matthew Knowles, father of recording superstar Beyonce and whose first group was Destiny's Child, a popular female R&B band established in the late 1990's. David Michery, CEO of GL Energy stated, "With Mathew's eye for talent, we believe this group could be the next big thing." Mason Roads is headed by singer/songwriter/ producer, Dallas.

GL Energy & Exploration, Inc. also announced today that it has, through its wholly owned subsidiary American Southwest Music Distribution, executed a contract with Blockerboy Music, LLC, to distribute solo albums for Mason Roads' lead singer, Dallas. Dallas has written and produced tracks for and with many artists.
