(AMEX:XWG), a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of electronic and cellular accessories and creator of private labeled websites for affiliates, announced today that it has acquired 100,000 shares of the Company's stock via open market purchases, as part of a previously announced program to purchase up to 250,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
The Company's Board of Directors has authorized additional stock repurchases, via the previously announced Stock Buyback Program, throughout the balance of the year.
