Between 15 May and 29 August 2006, Bilia purchased 1,261,209 of its own shares. Prior to this Bilia owned 155 shares. Bilia therefore now owns 1,261,364 shares, corresponding to 5.45 per cent of the capital and votes in the company.
This buy-back is one stage in Bilia’s plan to continue adapting the company’s capital structure. The buy-back in 2006 totals SEK 124.2 million.
By the 2007 AGM, Bilia can buy back no more than 10% of the number of outstanding shares, including the original 155 shares, corresponding to 2,312,915 shares.
