In addition to hearing up-to-the-minute, lowest online pricing and product ratings for millions of items on their phones, users can also choose to receive the same information as a text message with a new Frucall feature -- Frucall Text. When selecting Frucall Text, an SMS message containing the product's pricing and vendor information is immediately sent to the Frucall user's mobile phone.

Frucall has also released a new, free voice and text social networking feature. Frucall Buddy List Messaging lets users send voice and text messages to friends, families and groups they define. Users can record voice or text messages that are sent instantly to everyone within their selected Buddy List groups. Buddy List Messaging works on all phones and is not limited to phone numbers on the same carrier network. Normal carrier charges apply to receiving text messages.
