The Clickable Numbers concept supports a web-initiated phone call. Customers visiting a website or viewing an email simply click the "Click Here to Call" button, enter their phone number, and click the call button. The Callbright system automatically places a call to the customer and another to the Callbright user, connecting both parties. The result is a phone conversation initiated by the customer and triggered by the button on the website or in the email.
