NASDAQ and The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to Host First Ever Joint Investor Program in New York

 What:    The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ(r)) (Nasdaq:NDAQ) and 
          the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will host its first ever joint 
          Investor Program in New York on September 14th 2006. 
          Following the Investor Program, The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange 
          and participating Israeli companies will preside over the 
          closing bell to celebrate this first ever joint Investor 
          Program in New York. 

 Who:     Investor Conference:
          Key note speaker at the conference is Prof. Stanley Fischer, 
          Governor of the bank of Israel. Presentations will be made 
          by the senior management of 10 companies from Israel, 
          including 4 Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) listed companies, 
          2 NASDAQ listed companies and 4 dual listed companies on the 
          two exchanges.

          Immediately Following the Investor conference Ester Levanon, 
          CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will ring the closing 
          bell along with Prof. Stanley Fischer, the 
          Governor of the Bank of Israel, Saul Bronfeld, TASE 
          Chairman of the Board and the senior management of 
          participating Israeli companies.
