(Pink Sheets:KMAG) today announced the signing of a strategic distribution agreement with Corporacion Rey S.A. of Callao, Peru. Pursuant to the agreement, which is expected to generate over US$2 million in annual revenues for KMA, the large South American company will distribute KMA Global Solutions International's suite of products to retail suppliers based in Peru.
Corporacion Rey S.A. is a major supplier of zippers, labels, tapes, elastic tapes and several other accessory requirements to North American garment retailer suppliers. Using the latest technology and the highest level of quality assurance, (ISO 9001:2001) Corporacion Rey is a strategic distributor that allows KMA to enter this growing marketplace for its Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) products.
