(its wholly owned portfolio company) signed a five-year Sponsorship Agreement with the NBA's Houston Rockets. The Agreement provides for significant brand presence in the Toyota Center arena's upper concourse. In addition, Havoc will co-brand its energy drink product with the Team's name and logo as part of its marketing campaign in the Houston metropolitan area -- America's fourth largest city.
