PLAINFIELD, Ind., Sept. 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Lincoln Bancorp (Nasdaq:LNCB), the holding company of Lincoln Bank, announced today that the Board of Directors of Lincoln Bancorp declared a cash dividend of $.14 on each share of its Common Stock for the third quarter ending September 30, 2006. The dividend is payable October 15, 2006 to holders of record on September 29, 2006.
