American Insulock Plans Future for Africa

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Insulock Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:AILKF) (CNQ:AIKI.U) is pleased to announce that it has had further planning meetings with Chief Jimmy Gboyega Delano in Mesa Arizona with regard to Africa.

Chief Gboyega Delano is the Bagbimo of Ake Abeokuta, a title he has held for 13 years (honor given at a very young age). This was an honor bestowed by his Royal Highness, The Alaka of Egbaland for his tremendous contribution to Nigerian business and international business. He is fondly known as "Chief Jimmy."

Chief Delano is creating a relief housing plan for the refugees in Sudan. The relief housing effort will utilize the Insulock technology. Approximately 2 million Sudanese refugees are without housing in the Darfur area.

The potential scope of this project is tremendous and requires coordination at many international levels. Chief Delano plans to meet with various political leaders and financial institutions in the very near future.

Further updates will be announced as information becomes available.

The Company's core business is the manufacture and distribution of its brand of insulating concrete forms (known as Insulock Blocks), together with the equipment that is used to manufacture these blocks. Insulock Blocks are made of polyurethane rather than polystyrene (i.e., Styrofoam(r)), which is the material that is used by virtually every other manufacturer of insulating concrete forms. Insulock Blocks are much stronger than polystyrene blocks and can be used to construct soundwalls and buildings that are highly effective at absorbing sound and that have an R-30 or R-38 heat insulating value.
