SoftNet Technology More Than Triples Size of Corporate Headquarters

Moves to Technology Hub Metro Park in Iselin, New Jersey

CRANFORD, N.J., Sept. 28, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- SoftNet Technology Corp. (OTCBB:STTC) (German WKN#:A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce that The Company moved Its corporate headquarters from Cranford, N.J. to Metro Park in Iselin, N.J. this week. This move expanded the usable office space from 2,000 square feet to 6,500 square feet, more than tripling the size of SoftNet's principal office.

The move was required to keep pace with the organic growth experienced in the second quarter as well as to better handle current acquisitions under consideration. Additionally, this expansion will allow SoftNet to centralize business support functions for each regional hub and gain company wide efficiencies.

In addition, there has been an increased focus on STTC's SMB (small to medium sized business) products and a full national push for these products and services required more room for new sales expansion.

"The third quarter has seen a corporate focus on managing current growth while preparing for the intermediate and longer term growth of the company," said Mr. Kevin Holt, President of SoftNet Technology. "We now have in place the facilities and the personnel to support the continued growth in our existing core business, as well as absorb possible acquisitions."
