Mobile Airwaves Corporation Announces Stock Split


SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mobile Airwaves Corporation (Pink Sheets:MBWC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an eighteen-for-one split of the Company's common stock and a proportional increase in the number of Mobile common shares authorized from 50 million to 900 million. Each shareholder of record at the close of business on September 26, 2006 will receive eighteen shares in exchange for every outstanding share held on the record date. Trading will now be reported under the symbol MBWC.PK.
