Armor Electric Inc. Announces Delay in Filing 10-K


SOLANA BEACH, Calif., Oct. 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Armor Electric Inc. (OTCBB:ARMEE) today announced that the company has filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This form is the company's notification to the SEC that its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2005 will be delayed.

The company is focusing significant effort on completing its annual audit which involves not only Armor, but also its strategic partners. Armor will continue to push the completion of this activity as expeditiously as possible and expects to file its Report on Form 10-K promptly after its Audit Committee and its independent registered public accounting firm, Braverman International, P.C., has made the appropriate accounting adjustments and the company's financial statements have been finalized for the quarter ending June 30, 2006.
