(OTCBB:ARMEE) today announced that the company has filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This form is the company's notification to the SEC that its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2005 will be delayed.
The company is focusing significant effort on completing its annual audit which involves not only Armor, but also its strategic partners.
