Electronic Game Card Expands Game Software Library to 17 Available Programs

New Games of Tic Tac Toe and Miami Dice Can Now be Trailed by Lottery and Gaming Customers On-Line

NEW YORK and LONDON, Oct. 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Electronic Game Card, Inc. (OTCBB:EGMI), the creator of the Electronic GameCard, today announced that it has developed two additional game software programs to be offered on its Electronic GameCard to lottery and gaming clients. The Company's extended 80 play Tic Tac Toe GameCard and Miami Dice can be played on a software simulator at www.electronicgamecard.com.

"During the last nine months, we have fine tuned our business strategy towards developing standardized games, reducing customization and thereby avoiding lengthy software processes. The net result permits sales to occur in smaller quantities and at greatly improved delivery times. While we will continue to offer customization, we have found that this strategy has resulted in a greater improvement in our market penetration," commented a spokesperson for Electronic Game Card, Inc. "Our continued development of new games software is designed to create attractive and compelling games for the lottery and gaming sector. It is our intention to continue to increase our library of 17 games and further our product development with improved circuit design and increased GameCard capabilities including interactive elements. All our products are designed to provide our customers' players an enhanced and seriously fun GameCard experience."

Tic Tac Toe

The objective is to beat the GameCard and accumulate as many points as possible by getting three Xs in any row, column or horizontal. The grid will be completed randomly and the player cannot influence where the X goes on the grid. If the player reveals a winning combination of Xs the GameCard will flash the appropriate winning line, column or diagonal with the appropriate points won.

Miami Dice

The game's objective is to accumulate as many points as possible by creating winning combinations with a roll of the five dice. If the five dice reveal a winning combination as detailed in the Play Table at the bottom of the GameCard, the points total will accumulate until all 80 plays are completed.
