EcoPlus, Inc. Announces Projected Sales to Exceed $3.4 Million as Interest in Alternative Fuels Increases

Five Year Projection Places Annual Sales at More Than $25 Million

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EcoPlus, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ECPL) has released its five year financial projections. According to these, EcoPlus revenues from its patent pending technology will climb from $3.47 million by the end of 2007 to $25.43 million annually by the end of 2011. In the same period, pretax profit will grow from $1.33 million to $21.26 million. The extraordinary margins are due to the stream of ongoing user fees that flow to the company from the technology licensing agreements.

William Dougherty, Chairman of EcoPlus, said, "Our products are fully developed and our ability to execute on financing and construction continue to move ahead rapidly. Interest in our technology from the public sector has been high, with solid inquiries from the private sectors emerging."

ECPL (www.ecoplusinc.com) has a patent-pending, commercially proven technology that utilizes an environmentally friendly process for turning restaurant-generated brown grease refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product. This product can be used as a coal substitute to produce power, as an adjunct fuel in waste heat to energy and steam plant operations and as a fuel for industrial process heat over a broad range of applications.
