NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC announced today that it had made a final determination to delist the Ordinary Shares of Scailex Corporation Ltd. (OTCBB:SCIXF), and will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 filing. NASDAQ previously suspended trading of the security for the reasons stated on the Form 25.
