Havoc Signs With the Sacramento Kings


HOUSTON, Oct. 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Enterprise Development Corporation, (OTCBB:AEND) announced today that Havoc Distribution, Inc. (its wholly owned portfolio company), has entered into a four-year alliance with the Sacramento Kings organization and Arco Arena in Sacramento.

Havoc's popular energy drink will now be available throughout Arco Arena. The North Lounge on the upper level will be branded as the Havoc lounge. Havoc will be promoted on food and beverage trays, cup holders, in the outdoor smoking area, on floor graphics, pole wraps and menu cards. In addition, Havoc will use the Sacramento Kings logo and market the Havoc energy drink throughout the Sacramento area.

"As a strong supporter of high school, college and professional sports, Havoc expects to deliver a strong product presence in the Sacramento market by working closely with quality teams such as the Sacramento Kings," stated C.K. Williams, the President of AEND. "By co-branding with established sports franchises, we expect to quickly become the next big energy drink brand in America," he added.
