Pacificap Releases Its First Film

DEL MAR, Calif., Oct. 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pacificap Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PFEH) is pleased to announce that its feature-length documentary American Cannibal: The Road to Reality, has secured worldwide distribution, including a theatrical run in U.S. theaters early next year.

Lifesize Entertainment will release American Cannibal: The Road to Reality theatrically in select cities nationwide, followed by domestic distribution via cable and DVD markets. Lifesize will also represent the film for distribution to all foreign and domestic buyers.

Ed Litwak, President, stated, "American Cannibal's distribution deal with Lifesize Entertainment is definitely a positive step in achieving revenue in 2007. We are very excited about the worldwide distribution of this film and expect it to be an international success.

Ink and TV tabloids pounced on the film at this year's Tribeca Film Festival for its insider outage of truths and fictions behind reality TV production, in particular its exposure of the disastrous 2005 cannibal contest, "The Ultimate, Ultimate Challenge," put together by Paris Hilton mouthpiece, Kevin Blatt.

The film is being enhanced for distribution, and will showcase telltale footage previously deemed too risky for the festival circuit. "We fought long and hard for clearance to include our most controversial footage," says producer Denis Jensen. "I don't deny the movie provokes strong reactions from people -- audiences ask us tough questions. With the new footage, we can finally answer them."

American Cannibal: The Road to Reality is directed by Perry Grebin and Michael Nigro, who also produced with Denis Jensen in association with LasalleHolland. Executive producers Pacificap Entertainment Holdings backed the film, which is expected to open in theaters early 2007.
