Remote Ceremony Will Celebrate Oracle's 20th Listing Anniversary on the NASDAQ Stock Market

 In celebration of Oracle OpenWorld 2006 and Oracle's 20th Listing
 Anniversary as a public company, Oracle (Nasdaq:ORCL) will ring
 The NASDAQ Closing Bell ceremony live from San Francisco. Oracle
 OpenWorld is an annual forum held in San Francisco, California for
 business and technology leaders. It is the world's largest event
 dedicated to helping enterprises understand the power of
 information.

 The ceremony will be witnessed by the 41,000 attendees at OpenWorld
 and will be broadcast to television networks around the globe that
 air NASDAQ's Opening Bell ceremony on a daily basis. It will be
 simultaneously showcased live on NASDAQ's Times Square Tower,
 bringing the OpenWorld event from San Francisco to New York.

 The Closing Bell is a ceremonial event that represents The NASDAQ
 Stock Market's virtual market model. As a result, NASDAQ can be
 closed from any location bringing together investors and market
 participants from around the world to mark the end of the trading day.
