Mike Herbst will be the branch manager for the new office. He has over 26 years experience in the mortgage banking industry and has held loan originator positions formerly with Norwest Mortgage, Fleet Mortgage, Lomas & Nettleton and Affiliated Mortgage & Financial Corp. and has previously held Branch Manager positions with Community Credit Company, Fair Finance Corp. and Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp. He has lived in the Milwaukee area all his life. He is married and has 4 children. Mike has originated and closed over $180 million in mortgage loan business since first being licensed in 1981, was one of the first mortgage brokers in Milwaukee, and was recognized as the top producer nationwide for Norwest Mortgage in 1986.
