Sunnylife Global, Inc. Completes Five-Year Plan and Delivers Updated Guidance for Future of World Friendship Hospital Group in China and Sales of Vitamins and Food Supplements

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 30, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today it has completed and revised their internal five-year plan with an updated forecast.

In a message from the President, Richard Lo, he stated:

"The last year has been so important in the development and growth of Sunnylife Global, Inc. and the implementation of its business plan conceived in the year 2000 to provide health care to the people of China. In 2005, Sunnylife Global, Inc. became a publicly traded company, a very important step in the future of the Company. In the course of the past two years of operation, several projections were made by the Company based on facts in hand at the time. Today, we are able to deliver a clear picture of what the future holds for Sunnylife Global, Inc. and its shareholders.

"The Company developed a complex, multi-pronged approach consisting of hospital and healthcare management, natural vitamins and supplements, and assisted living care facilities for the elderly. In the next 5 years, and based on capital commitments of $12 million per hospital, the Company is projecting that 14 hospitals of the 21 signed agreements with the local governments will be renovated and operating under Sunnylife's management. The membership for these hospitals will be provided by government-owned industrial companies who will deliver 50,000 prepaid members providing the Company with $20 million in revenue, per hospital, with a net profit of $3.9 million per year, per hospital. The first hospital, Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital was turned over to the Company on May 10, 2006. Sunnylife's acceleration of this 14-hospital plan is only a faction of availability of capital for the renovation process.

"The second prong of the Company's business is vitamins and supplements and the agreements with joint venture retail stores. Nine retail stores, three each of Happy CoCo, NuSeason and Rainbow, have recently completed construction and grand openings are in progress at this time. Wholesale sales of Sunnylife products by these joint venture partners have been in process for several months and we are now able to project with reasonable accurately what those sales are and will be.

"The fiscal year ended September 30, 2006 will reflect net income of approximately $600,000 on sales of approximately $3.0 million. Sunnylife's consolidated projected calendar revenues for December 31, 2006 are expected to be approximately $5.0 million, with net profits to the Company of $860,000.

"The recent ground-breaking ceremony for the "First Sino-US Joint Venture for the Baotou World Health Center for The Elderly" hosted by the Baotou Municipal Government and the Inner Mongolia Government launched Sunnylife's plan to provide assisted living care and a wellness program to the elderly in China. The Company is revising its plan to build several facilities and will start by building the Boatou facility and is increasing the number of residential units to 3,000 townhouses in a joint venture agreement with Grand Field, Inc. to be completed in 2008. That project is expected to return after-tax profits of in excess of $11 million to Sunnylife. All costs associated with this project are borne by Grand Field, Inc."
