VuBotics Joins BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program, Launches Breakthrough Reading Solution

ATLANTA, Nov. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- VuBotics, Inc. (OTCBB:VBTC) today announced that it has become a member of the BlackBerry(r) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Alliance Program. The company also announced that users with a BlackBerry(r) handset, developed by Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq:RIMM), will be able to download the VuIT(tm) eMail Reader application, which is designed to increase reader speed by two to three times over traditional static text, while creating a more pleasurable viewing experience. The BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program will provide VuBotics with access to the BlackBerry development software and technical support, as well as marketing and sales support.

Based on an in-depth understanding of reading patterns, VuIT(tm) eMail Reader maximizes both speed and legibility of digital text by displaying words one-at-a-time rather than as static text across a screen. VuIT(tm) utilizes a proprietary cadenced delivery system that adjusts both the size and pace of individual words in order to mimic sub-vocalization patterns. This in turn improves comprehension and eliminates the need to scroll through messages. VuIT(tm) eMail Reader for BlackBerry handsets also enhances reading by allowing users to set larger text sizes and adjust speeds in an intuitive manner that requires no training.

"We are excited to become a member of the BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program, which we believe will provide us additional tools and resources to enhance, market and deploy the technology," said David Rollo, chief marketing officer at VuBotics, Inc. "A growing problem for mobile professionals is the shear number of emails they receive. With the VuIT(tm) eMail Reader, VuBotics is enhancing workforce productivity by providing mobile professionals that rely on the BlackBerry wireless solution with the means to get through their daily emails even faster and more efficiently."

A demonstration of the technology is available at: http://www.vubotics.com/Demo.html

Users can launch VuIT(tm) directly though the main BlackBerry(r) Email menu. The software integrates directly into the native application program interface and presents the content of an email through a proprietary graphical user interface.

Key features include:

  -- Enlarged text
-- User adjustable contrast and speed
-- Real time data collection designed to improve the
      reader's experience
-- Metrics to validate the content's delivery
  -- Automatic email content loading
  -- Automatic rendering and formatting
  -- User to user sharing
