Blackhawk Enters into Sub-Advisory Agreement


NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Blackhawk Capital Group BDC, Inc. (OTCBB:BHCG) has entered into a sub-advisory agreement with Robert S. Tull, Jr. dated September 12, 2006. Mr. Tull will advise the Blackhawk Board of Directors on investment decisions and strategies and analyze investment opportunities with Blackhawk's investment adviser. Mr. Tull is Managing Director of Macro Securities. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2005, he was Vice President of New Product Development at the American Stock Exchange. Before this, he was Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Deutsche Bank USA. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Tull spent 14 years at Morgan Stanley. The agreement is for a three-year term. Blackhawk currently does not have an investment portfolio.
