J.G. Wentworth Adds Chief Legal Officer


BRYN MAWR, Pa., Nov. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Specialty finance company J.G. Wentworth has hired Linda C. Morris as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Morris brings 25 years of experience to the firm as an attorney in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel to national financial services firms.

Prior to joining J.G. Wentworth, Ms. Morris was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fleet Credit Card Services, the $14 billion credit card subsidiary of Fleet Boston Financial, which was acquired by Bank of America. Prior, she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Advanta Corp., a specialty finance company. Earlier in her career, Ms. Morris was an attorney with Drinker Biddle, and Dewey Ballantine where she focused on corporate and securities matters.
