The purpose of the tour is to promote trade, government, and local business relations between the U.S. and China.
Several major universities in respective cities - Renmin University, China University of Petroleum, and Chongqing University, each welcomed New York Global Group President, Benjamin Wey, and his team. Mr. Wey was awarded visiting professorship in the latter two universities where in the coming months, he will give lectures on finance-related topics discussing how they apply to Wall Street. It also sets the stage for a U.S. - China Capital Markets Seminar poised to commence around the Spring of 2007.
