The new directors of the corporation are Mr. Luis Enrique Gutierrez and Mr. Dan Barnabic.

Mr. Enrique Gutierrez has a Bachelor of Business (CGA -- Certified General Accountant) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (Filmmaking) degree from his native Chile.

Mr. Barnabic is the President of Canadian Consumer's Federation, a nonprofit organization protecting consumers' issues in Canada and promoting fair credit reporting.

"We as a new Board of Directors and management team will lead new financing initiatives and a new focused direction for the corporation," stated Mr. Barnabic. "We are negotiating the acquisition of a private Alberta, Canada, corporation with a unique business and marketing model to develop and extend the VOIP systems by way of dealerships sold to individuals, initially in small centers, starting with the oil rich province of Alberta, Canada."

"We would hope that the company could become profitable in the first year of operation with this new plan and under new directorship and new management," added Mr. Gutierrez.
