Effective on November 10th, 2006, Capital Acquisitions Holding Ltd. acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Sun Peaks Energy, Inc., via merger of Capital Acquisitions Holdings Ltd. and Sun Peaks Energy, Inc. The purpose of the acquisition was for Sun Peaks Energy, Inc. to fulfill its business plan to become publicly listed and traded on a U.S. exchange in 2006.
